Recently, the 2025-26 Committee voted in favour of opening our meetings up for general members to attend as to observers. We want to improve community understanding of how the Committee works, and for our community to be more aware of the projects we are currently working towards. Please read ahead of attending: Please book so that we can anticipate attendance of non-committee members for confidentiality reasons. If a confidential matter is on the agenda for that meeting, any non-committee members must leave the meeting for the duration of discussion around that matter. General members can attend and observe meetings, but not participate. If you have an issue that you wish the raise with the Committee, reach out to the respective Committee member most appropriate for your issue.
